1-1-1: Pivot to Progress
1 visual, 1 idea, and 1 question for this week.
Happy Thursday!
Here are 1 visual, 1 idea, and 1 question to explore this week.
VISUAL OF THE WEEK

THE BIG IDEA
We praise perseverance but rarely question its direction.
“Don’t give up” is a nice slogan. Until you realize you’re stuck, not because you’re weak, but because you keep trying the same thing, just louder.
Effort becomes a trap when it turns into repetition. Most people don’t lack energy, they lack experimentation. They confuse being committed with being stubborn. This is where most projects stall. You’ve got the vision. You’ve got the energy. But you keep banging on the same door, hoping it will eventually open if you hit it hard enough.
The reality is, problems don’t always respond to more pressure. They respond to better strategy. You don’t need more willpower. You need more creativity. More angles. More adaptability. Because what looks like “not working” is often just one approach, not the approach.
And sometimes the method you're attached to is the very thing holding you back. The belief that it has to work, because it’s worked before. Or because it should work. Or because you already spent so much time on it.
But progress doesn't reward sunk costs. It rewards adjustments.
The best progress often comes right after you drop the method that felt safest. Not because you gave up, but because you were honest enough to shift.
Keep the goal. Question the route. And never mistake persistence for progress.
