Returns & Replacements

Neuron Visuals posters are produced specifically for each order. Because they are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or is not what you ordered, email hello@neuronvisuals.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Before returning anything

Please contact us before sending an item back. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Order changes

If you notice an address or size error, contact us immediately. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
