Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy. Here’s how refunds work for each kind of product.

Courses

Courses are digital and you get access right away. Except for the cancellation rights below and any rights required by law, course sales are final. Have a question before you buy? Email hello@neuronvisuals.com.

If you live in the EU or the UK, you can cancel a course within 14 days of buying it and we’ll refund you in full. Opening a lesson does not remove this right under our launch policy. To request cancellation, email hello@neuronvisuals.com with your order number. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Animation plans

Plans renew monthly. Cancel anytime and you won’t be charged again.
Not happy in your first week? Tell us and we’ll refund 75% of your first month.
The $100 trial is one animation made for you, so it’s final once we start making it. If we can’t make it, we refund the full $100.

Posters

Posters are made to order, so we can’t accept returns for a change of mind or a wrong size. If your poster arrives damaged or misprinted, email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Free downloads

Free wallpapers and templates cost nothing, so there’s nothing to refund.

Digital products

Courses and free downloads are delivered by email right after checkout. Nothing ships, and there’s no shipping cost.

Posters

Every poster is printed when you order it, by our print partner in Redmond, Washington. Printing usually takes 1–3 business days.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days in the US and 7–20 business days to other countries. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can take 7–12 business days longer.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on the poster’s size and where it’s going.
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

We ship posters worldwide. Orders shipped outside the US may be charged import taxes or duties by the destination country, paid on delivery.

These terms cover your use of neuronvisuals.com and anything you buy from us.

Courses

Your purchase gives you a personal, lifetime license to the course for your own learning.
Please don’t share your login or redistribute course materials.
Courses teach methods. Results depend on your work, and income is not guaranteed.
You must be 18 or older to buy the AI Animation Course.

Animation plans

Plans bill monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, as our Cancellation policy explains.
You own the finished animations we deliver to you and can use them on any channel.
We may show finished work in our portfolio and on our social channels. If you’d rather we didn’t, tell us and we won’t.

Posters and artwork

All designs remain the property of Neuron Visuals. Buying a poster doesn’t grant rights to reproduce the design.

Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars and can change. If a product is listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Our content

Courses, videos, visuals, templates and text on this site belong to Neuron Visuals. Free downloads are for your personal use. Please don’t resell or republish them.

Limits on our liability

We provide the site and our products as they are. As far as the law allows, Neuron Visuals isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product it’s about.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, except where the consumer law of the country you live in gives you more protection.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and every order follows the terms in place when you placed it.

Neuron Visuals operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Neuron Visuals is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Billing

Your plan is charged when you start it, then again on the same day each month until you cancel.

How to cancel

Cancel anytime from your account, or email hello@neuronvisuals.com. Cancel before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again. We finish the animations for the month you’ve already paid for.

Not happy in your first week? Tell us and we’ll refund 75% of your first month.

The $100 trial is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Start a plan within 30 days and we take $100 off your first month.
